Worst leadership ever I have seen . They promise less time to client and push employees to work late nights and over weekends without extra pay . Leaders here are just people with very less skills to handle clients and it all comes to ground level people to stretch and do it all .

Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients.
