Axtria has a good wfh policy. Not the best but somewhat better than some other company. You can work from all 5 locations in India.

Dislikes

Not good salary hikes from past 2-3 years. No stocks. No perks. No learning if you are not in a good project which is rare. Biased managers and work environment.

The only good thing about Axtria is good pay and learning opportunities.

Lol, where do I even start? Firstly, work life balance here is crap. You will be asked to work on weekends. It won't seem upfront, but once you start to be a start performer/work on some critical deliverables, you will be asked. There will be partialities. Let's hope you get a good manager, else you will be micro managed. HRBPs will promise to put you in some other project if you reach out due to work pressure, but lol almost all teams are facing the same pressure. The manpower is less but they overestimate the work and take it up. The work culture is TOXIC!

1. You can talk with the management if you have any issues 2. Hikes are good. They did not reduce salary during COVID 3. You can learn a lot

1. No permanent WFH option 2. Work life balance is not good. On some projects it's very bad. On some it's ok 3. No on site opportunities

The work culture is good, management's influence is good in general but may differ from team to team and with many new folks coming in recent times it may have changed drastically. The policies are very rigid. Learning wise it is one of the best places for someone straight out of university.

Compensation can be more competitive to retain talent

The company provides good benefits and decent compensation and increment. Los of leraing and growth opportunities if you are willing to learn . Good work is appreciated and acknowledged in the form of awards.

Dislikes

Depending on the project the work pressure is high.
