The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.

HR recruiting a manager without background verification, and this manager does nothing and torture his team members. (This manager, I am mentioning in particular, had been asked to resign and leave in his earlier companies for his unworthiness.) work from home(comes with cost of working 14-15 hrs daily and they can call you and give work anytime since they think are you can work anytime as its work from home) its analytics branch is new, kind of 0-1 level startup, so there can be some growth opportunities

Very bad and stressful work culture. Bad higher management Working like servants to American clients, need to work on weekends, holidays and even on sick leaves to make clients happy. No work life balance, they will keep you under the stress and lots of micromanagement. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by higher management.

No growt, Bad appraisal, Lady Manager is toxic and pushes you in mental stress and calls you in late hours as she has no personal life of her own. Hybrid or WFH is not provided for valid reason but provided to her pets. No respect for previous experience and amateurs who are in organization are given preference. HR gives zero preference to employee benefits and sides with the toxic manager.

There is no big appraisal here. You cannot live here unless you can operate in harmony with the boss and team leader. The HR department excessively serves managers and team leaders. Employees are not receiving their support. Anything you ask confidentially in HR will be forwarded to the manager immediately. Five minutes later, the manager or team leader reprimands the workers. Terrible experience. One of the worst company. Never ever join this company. Fraud company. Each and everyone including managers no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.
