Transaction Data Associate - Freshers (Night shift)

Work Mode - Work from office / DLF IT Park Porur.

Shift Timings - 6.30 p.m. to 3.30 a.m.

Description:

Data Operations team is seeking a candidate who can display initiative and attention to detail to keep the proprietary CRE transaction database up to date and accurate. This critical role will be responsible for performing transaction research and reconciling numerous data sources. We provide a fantastic training and development program to teach proprietary methodologies and ongoing team and managerial support. Duties and Responsibilities:

-Monitor, track and gather pertinent information from various news sources and third-party data providers for commercial real estate transactions.

-Analyze and validate relevant information to record accurate data into the Transaction database.

-Research missing information or reconcile discrepancies for existing transactions records; perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of data.

-Contribute to ad-hoc data gathering projects, audits, user acceptance testing and other relevant tasks.

-Work closely with colleagues across geographies to ensure cross-fertilization of ideas, sharing of best practices, maintenance of documentation; actively participate in departmental and self-guided trainings.

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in related field or 1-2 years of work experience preferred

-Must demonstrate a strong interest in the Commercial Real Estate Market

-Experience in data entry/data management; proficient with internet searching and data collection techniques

-High proficiency with problem solving and naturally curious

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite; basic proficiency in the SQL language a plus

-Attentive to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills

-Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and objectives
