This was my first job and I worked as customer care executive for more than two years. The salary was less because I was a fresher but I gained experience of inbound and outbound calling, US and UK process. Got opportunity to work from home during pandemic. Always received salary on time. For freshers it's a good company to begin career in the field of international call center. For experienced candidates it's a good company for a long term career. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
