When i wos worked in exl company .that time i met an accident by cab. I dont know how to saved my self that time. And after i have taken leave to treatment to my self . And after i came in company . So company fired me. Without know my problem. Exl is the my first company . Which i want started my carrer. But this company spoiled my carrer.

I worked there from Sept 2011 till July 2013 in a UK Process, ScottishPower. It was not a dream company, it was not less than that too. People were good, managers were good, It was my first company and being a BPO I never felt like that. It was always like a corporate job. I think that process is not there now.

Dislikes

I only does not like one thing that was low salary for fresher in Scottish Power.

Work Details

I joined there as a fresher graduate, I was not exposed to too much work. I was just doing a daily routine work. It was a backend profile, good work life balance since It was not target oriented job. Learnt email etiquette and telephone etiquette

It was a awesome place to work. Great culture, huge incentive, good behavior of management, opportunity to grow, R&R and many more benefit.

Dislikes

Mobile phones were not allowed on the floor, haha. But this may be client requirement

Job security ,work culture,management,and company policies were good .However Management could have been better.Company policies need improvement.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
