So many dislikes are there. If I talk only about work life balance then one will get only 8hour in day to spend with family or his/her own life. Forceful Saturday working is also there.

Nothing I hate everything here, 10 hours login in office, office politics which affects appraisal, delayed appraisal, No opportunity for growth as you can't change domain, hybrid model is useless for people from outside office city.

It's a great company but it'll be unfortunate if one gets into a bad project team.

I got my worst experience since I joined as a fresher. I got tagged into a worst project team,where I got arrogant seniors, everytime ready to humiliate juniors and threats to sack from the company. According to company policy fresher can't get release from a project on their own. Even after my bike accident and ligament tear I wasn't given WFH rather I was kept on leave without pay for more than a month. In recent years I'm not able to see anythink that an employee likes over here. Instead nowthe job security is ecen worse here.

Nearly everything. They don't have any good projects in hand and the HR are also not concerned about a good employee on bench due to project completion. And no appraisal this year.

Leads are not updating themselves and putting the entire responsibility on the juniors. Though it helps the juniors to learn and grow, but when it's time for their promotion they find out reasons for not giving.
