Couldn't manage work-life balance, more than 12 hours working, feeling so stressed and I have joined in nov 28, 2020 still I am in PA position with 5LPA package. There is no time to develop my skills, only I can focus on target.

Some of the projects in cts have less salary but work pressure.. need to give proper ctc for every project .

The actual work time is 9 hours production & 1 hour break. It takes 12 hours production to complete everyone except any break. And also we should maintain errors.

As a technical support analyst, your leaves depend on the team. I worked on 3 different teams 1. Large team you have to preplan the leaves minimum 15 days before the start of each month, so it is hard to get leaves for festivals 2. Good manager always approved leaves 3. Can't even imagine to take leave tightly packed roster. Work life balance is good because I was in work from home most of the time. The best part of cognizant is skill development - Free Udemy subscription, Free vouchers for Microsoft, Google, AWS certifications. Job security depends on situations. Few of my friends were in bench for more than 6 months, happily receiving salary without joining any project. While one of my friend was dismissed from cognizant because of not reporting to office during bench time. It all depends on the lead., my last project lead is a good man but a bad lead, he is new to cognizant as well. I enjoyed working at Cognizant, because the work was engaging, and i feel supported in my growth. I was also happy to be part of outreach activities, which allowed me back to the community.
