They have 10 hours working model and instead they will ask you to work even after your shift and there is no incentives and they only provide one side cab The management there is worse and people are so biased and so in human in nature and all they care about is work and they all suck

After complaints with SDL. Senior donot have any positivity and understanding.

1. You will get good hike when you come here from another company. 2. Provides internet allowance. 3. Provides you cab if your project allows 4. Managers and Senior Managers are too good

1. No extra benefit other than salary 2. Very poor hikes 3. Very less learning opportunities 4. They dont give you WFH even if you dont have anyone from your project from your location. They will still ask you to come to office 3 days a week.

This is not a good organization at all. They force employees to work 10 hours on daily basis with constant working productive. It takes 4 hours to up down to office from home. 14 hours in a single day, Also the management system is really very poor here. They have been holding the night shift allowance from last 6 months also force to do over time which amount again comes in 3 months. Worst working culture full on pressure of work. Your career is also not safe here as I have been working here from last 2.5 years, They have moved me and my team in to 5 pillars till the date and in the last They have laid off thousands of employees without any valid reason. In the name of promotion we get only Rs 1000 in 2 years. All good and fancy things are only for showcase and fancy emails, when it comes to apply those good things they are least bothered about that. I was doing shift from 5 pm to 3 am in the morning, the move their cabs 3.30 then it takes more then 1 hours going back to home. If in case you have last drop then it will take 2 hours including everything. In short this is not a good company to work with. 10 hours a day this is really disgusting. I really wish someone from their clients read my comment and take some action against them. They are just using the people in need as rhey know there are not such good offers in the market currently due to inflation worldwide. They choose india for a good Hotspot as they get cheap labour here but they don't even pay that amount as well. I remember they mention about our package from package amount it self they hold the amount of 20k which is our amount technically and should be paid in the form of salary. Then they do the drama of a score card by pushing employees for more and more work by pressurising them in return they would give us ratings from 1 to 5. You what on the basis of ratings they give our amount back to us in the form of bonus. Which is also not full amount. If they give 3 Stat rati g they will Gove you bonus of 2k from 20 k amount rest 18k amount is in their pockets and shares distributed peacefully amongst the higher authorities. Apparently employees are not getting hikes and promotions because the CEO needs 170cr salary. The managers and HRs will never listen to you. My manager has not even once tried to contact me. Projects are so bad. Only support work.

Since Ravi joined as CEO everything is CTS downfall started. Earlier we used to get hike twice a year. Now we’re working on same salary since last 1.5 years. I liked working in Cognizant. It's mine first so glad to be part of such a good and renowned organization. Working here for the past 2.5 years where get various opportunities and project allocation in which working in execution team in EPS domain on Manhattan with a us based client as an offshore team and through it was wonderful.

Dislikes

As such no major issues I faced but ya as an organisation they can come up with some more fun activities and can work more for employees team building strength.
