Managers are supportive towards your learning curve, if you want to learn something they are happy to guide you towards it. Managers are happy to give WFH to employees they favor.

Promotions are solely dependent upon your relationship with the manager you fall under. If one is not good at buttering up their respective managers there is no scope for growth. they want people to work at a different role for more than an year before they give that person the promotion. but they'll charge the client for the role you may be working on. Eg. your current designation is S.P.E, they'll give you the role and responsibilities of SME and at the same time will expect you to perform your duties as an SPE and will keep charging the client for an SME in the team, and your paygrade will be of an SPE. It doesn't matter how good your performance is or how bad it is, if you can keep good relations with your manager you will get 5 ratings and time to time promotions. Not a good location for female employees who want to grow without having to face difficult situations.
