1. Well experienced in IBM FileNet/IBM Case Manager development for content management and case handling solutions.
2. Must have good experience in Advanced Java/JDBC (Java 8 is preferred) to optimize existing backend processes for scalability, performance and reliability. Should be experienced in Quartz scheduler and other Java concurrent functions.
3. Must have good knowledge on RESTful web services to enhance backend application and support other third party source apps, perform testing using POSTMAN or SOAP UI. Added benefit for the skills Spring boot/Hibernate.
4. To integrate third party service, databases (MSSQL, Oracle PL/SQL) and other external systems with backend services.
5. Must have hands-on experience on Case management widget development and solution deployment.
6. Directly interact with client for deliverables planning and discussion then ensure adherence to clients coding standards, clean architecture principles and maintain high code quality thorough code testing and reviews with client. Stick to the approved time limit.
7. Review functional specifications, create technical design and technical specifications, and oversee code development and unit testing activities. Handle all the application related documentations.
8. Must have knowledge on Oracle stored procedures (Oracle PL/SQL), should be able to enhance existing oracle stored procedures used for reporting purposes which is used to track case handling SLA for business users.
9. Should handle incident tickets L2, L3 and interact with IT helpdesk, concerned team and inform business user for resolution within SLA. Create knowledge articles. If issue needs code change, perform RCA and raise a problem ticket to handle it.
