Job Summary:
We are seeking a Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Spring Reactive, GIT, JIRA, Kibana. This role involves working on service fulfillment, managing customer orders, and enhancing customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Reactive
- Have experience with version control systems like GIT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of the software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Optimize application performance and improve user experience
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
- Implement best practices for software development and deployment
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards
- Document software designs and development processes
- Demonstrate expertise in service fulfillment, managing customer orders, and customer service
- Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Show excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Preferably have experience in hybrid work environments
- Be capable of working independently and as part of a team

- Be familiar with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
