CONTENT MANAGER ON DEMAND (CMOD)

We are looking for a talented and experienced IBM CMOD Developer and Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, implementing, and managing IBM Content Manager OnDemand solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement IBM CMOD solutions to meet business requirements.
• Administer and maintain the IBM CMOD environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Customize and configure IBM CMOD to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing IBM CMOD applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in content management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with IBM CMOD development and administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or Python.
• Strong understanding of enterprise content management principles and practices.
• Experience with system integration and API development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other IBM ECM (Enterprise Content Management) products.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
