Job security is good here. Your process gets change only if you are unable to perform well in any manager expectations. Skill development totally depends on the team leader but I'm sure everyone can show off or polish their skills here.

...fe balance. HR is so rude when you asks for work from home in serious situation. Salary is too less for the work. Promotions are fixed even if you perform better you only get promoted after a certain time that also depend on your team lead likings.

...ds for this company is very poor. I will never recommend this company to anyone. There is politics in everything such as promotion, salary hike , Ratings etc.

1. You will get good hike when you come here from another company. 2. Provides internet allowance. 3. Provides you cab if your project allows 4. Managers and Senior Managers are too good

1. No extra benefit other than salary 2. Very poor hikes 3. Very less learning opportunities 4. They dont give you WFH even if you dont have anyone from your project from your location. They will still ask you to come to office 3 days a week.

...ere are not such good offers in the market currently due to inflation worldwide. They choose india for a good Hotspot as they get cheap labour here but they don't even pay that amount as well. I remember they mention about our package from package amount it self they hold the amount of 20k which is our amount technically and should be paid in the form of salary. Then they do the drama of a score card by pushing employees for more and more work by pressurising them in return they would give us ratings from 1 to 5. You what on the basis of ratings they give our amount back to us in the form of bonus. Which is also not full amount. If they give 3 Stat rati g they will Gove you bonus of 2k from 20 k amount rest 18k amount is in their pockets and shares distributed peacefully amongst the higher authorities. This is how they are sucking blood of middle class people who have given their 39 years of studying just for this shitt? I really don't understand this. Very very broken
