I have been learning new technologies since day one, so learning is never stopped for me after joining cognizant

Cognizant will not pay you well , Even if you are eligible for a better pay at the correct time they will release you from the project so that they don't have to promote you

...w salary in terms of people hired from different companies with same experience. 2)Not Sure they have exams for increasing the salary structure or not but as of now I haven't seen an instance that someone changed from a domain and got salary increment. 3)WFO : They could've given WFH for staffs with low salary as they are getting very low salary and then they have to rent house and everything for their livelihood which cost pretty high and ultimately it hampers the mental state of the employee because he can't manage the salary for their personal needs and their desires because he don't have money in his pocket.

Working as a team you get to learn many new things and it has transparent management. Company policies are good and will provide whatever support you need. Overall it is a good experience to be a Cognizant employee.

...may face problems with promotions and availability of projects(region specific). Also the starting salary can barely get you to fulfil any wishes, but there is always a growth opportunity and it provides great learning experience.
