...towards employees. Good behaviour, always helps junior employees for upliftment. Very good salary structure. End year rating and review is average but percentage of salary hike rate is higer than any other MNCs. It’s really a good side.

Salary and hikes are comparatively good

Dislikes

Very less number of projects available and the blame and pressure is being put on the employees that they have to pass hackerrank, leetcode and other platform coding tests else God knows what are the consequences. They hire you by taking interview for a skill and then they do not have a project and then God knows.
