Work Place, Ambiance is Good. People's are cooperative and very professional.

Dislikes

They Lay off employees if the employee is unable to clear the assessments. Extremely high expectations and Target's in up selling. It's not purely customer service but basically a sales work that conduct customer service. Some people keep grudges (senior's) due to that it's really hard to work professionally.

Tons of things to say. First of all, no good trainings given to the new employees. All the team leaders, bosses and managers are in real hurry from day one. There is no proper introduction given about the company and also about the works/tasks we are supposed to do. The place we work is dirty, noisy and ergonomically poorly designed. Other senior employees laugh, talk, murmur while working so it gets very difficult for the new comers to work in a focused manner in a quiet environment. Hardly any breaks for food in a 8-10 hrs shift. Lastly Accenture hired me in a rotational job shift but after clearing all my interviews when I was hired I was out to work only in night shift. I also questioned them that we had an agreement that I would be working in Accenture in a rotational shift position then why are you guys assigning me only night shift!? Well they were speechless and had their backs against the wall and didn’t have any answers. Such things happen in Accenture India. I would highly recommend people to first see the workplace, the work and the timings you all are getting hired for and then if everything is fine then only join. if you are a service provider i.e. Contractual basis employee your life will be hell every other day you will be reminded that you are a contractor no proper remuneration no proper leaves no job security etc.

Campus, work culture, no upfront strict actions on the basis of transportation delays, company will give you lots of exceptions

Food, food is not good at all.. They need to change their caters hungerbox vendors etc. Politics, though you'll find it every where but here a lil bit more. No gifts or offers on festivals

Sahil sood wont let me resign and buy out even though it is against the policy, the management in Verizon process in gurugram is so toxic that you have to beg them to let you go. Sahil sood should not be given a micro business to run however here he is handling one of the telecom giants
