I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. Accenture is a great organization however the experience depends on the project (deal, as they like to call it in Accenture Operations) you're working on. I'm not a part of a great project at the moment and even though Accenture let's you change the project after 12 months, it's impossible as only 2 out of 100 people can do that because even if you're switching projects within Accenture, you're supposed to serve 60 days notice period at current project and new projects don't want to wait for 60 days so it's same like changing companies or worst.
