Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please don’t join in fusion. There is many brand under fusion i.e Xplore tech ,window technologies, Xplore tech CSPL etc. all are same. They can fire you anytime. There is no future. Specially HR head Mrs. Oindrilla and Mr. Basob Bardolui (CHRO) all are puppet of Mr. Ritesh. There is not good or enough infra from admin, operations , HR and IT prospective. They are using old desktop, floor is not clean, HR not focused on employee IT spoc MR Vinod Pol is not focused on team. Mr. Amitav Vartak , Viswajit Roshan all ops people are worthless . Never ever join Under Fusion. I would request to Mr Pankaj and Mr. Kishore please don’t waste the career of employees those are dedicated for your business.
