I have cleared the first round of Capgemini multiple times (3 out of 4) for the position of senior software engineer(7.5 years experience),my current package is 28 LPA(Fixed), I got 3 calls from Capgemini HRs saying, one HR said She would only offer 25 LPA, another said 26.5 and one more said 28 LPA all of these with a 10% variable included in what they offered. My profile is strong with technical skills of Java, Springboot, Microservices, etc.However I switched 4-5 companies in my tenure, which is acting as a big minus for me during negotiation. Any tips on negotiations? I don't have any other offers. Only after 1st round & salary approval, they'll schedule a final round, I'm hopeful of clearing atleast 1 or 2 in the 3 opportunities, Capgemini is a company I want to join because of work life balance. Kindly suggest how to negotiate salary.

Is it wise decision to make the employer contribute to NPS (by deducting the amount from my basic salary) to save on taxes.

I have recently joined an organization and in my CTC breakup, there is no mention of employer's contribution to NPS, only EPF is there. I enquired & got to know that it's possible, employer can contribute to NPS from my CTC. Want to know if it's a wise decision to make that happen, as ~10%-15% of basic salary can be contributed to NPS by employer & all that amount will be exempted from Tax so, I'll save on taxes under the New Regime (as per Budget 2025) but drawback is I'll not be able to get NPS contributed amount to use until I retire. My thought are instead of letting go that entire amount in taxes better to have it in NPS & use it after retirement. What's your suggestion?

I have been offered a Business Analyst position at a Saas organisation with a CTC of ₹7.5 LPA. However, the structure heavily relies on variables like retention bonuses, performance bonuses, and ESOPs, leaving me with only ₹40,000 in-hand per month for the first six months and ₹45,000 thereafter. I am working as L2 Associate for UK marketplace and my current in hand salary is just 23K even after working for 3 years...However L2 associates of other marketplaces such as Germany, France etc are paid almost double ( 45 to 50k) with the same experience levels..even a promotion to L3 still gets only around 33k to 35k for UK marketplace but for other L3 marketplaces its around 80k to 1 lakh...why is this discrimination of salary payments for associates of same level and experience...just that marketplaces are different...
