Congrats on the offers.. If you're looking for a better immediate salary boost, UST Global seems to be the obvious choice with that extra 1.5L fixed.

A Team Lead
To be honest, Accenture has a much stronger reputation globally, and the opportunities for moving around in different verticals and locations are better..

UST Global might seem better salary-wise, but Accenture is often more prestigious. The work-life balance and career trajectory at Accenture could be more structured with clearer progression, while UST Global could provide a more intimate environment with potentially faster growth.

I’ve worked with both and I’d say Accenture has better global exposure and career development programs.
