Salary neogiation
Hello everyone,
My current salary is 7.3 LPA with (4.9 yr exp) in Merchandising. I cleared an Interview for which I had quoted 50% hike now I feel it is low since the location is another city and in my current organization after the year end hike and promotion in 2 months as promised to me, I will cross 10 lpa
What should I do? The new company has asked for my previous salary slips and I'll have negotiation call in few days.
