Duck Creek

I need some honest advice. I recently joined Duck Creek Technologies as a Full Stack .NET Developer with 9+ years of experience. I chose Duck Creek over TCS and Wipro because they offered a better package and a permanent remote opportunity. But now, I’m feeling unsure. It’s been a week, and there hasn’t been any proper interaction with anyone. I have no clarity on what’s going on. Does anyone have insights into their work culture?

Reach out to your manager or HR for clarity. Remote jobs often need a bit of initiative from your end to kick things off. Don’t hesitate to ask for an onboarding roadmap!

Better package + remote sounds like you made a great choice. Early days can feel a bit chaotic, but it’s a good sign you’re thinking about it. Stay proactive and things will settle soon!

First weeks are often slow, especially with remote work. Ask HR or your manager for guidance better to clarify expectations early than stay in the dark.
