If you’re switching to a new company, you can typically expect a hike of around 20-30% at your level. Since your current salary is 3.6 LPA, you could aim for around 4.5-5 LPA. But it also depends on the company’s budget and the tools you’re familiar with. Just make sure you’re ready to negotiate based on your experience!

When I switched from manual to automation testing, I got a 25% hike. It’s a good idea to factor in what specific automation tools you’ve worked with companies value that experience a lot. You can expect around 4.5-5 LPA easily with your experience, so don’t hesitate to negotiate!

With 1.5 years of experience in both automation and manual testing, switching to a new company can give you a salary hike of around 20-30%, depending on the company and the roles they are offering. If your current salary is 3.6 LPA, you could expect something in the range of 4.5-5 LPA, or even more if you’re switching to a product-based or well-known company.

You're already on the right track, and with your experience in automation and manual testing, you're ready for that next big opportunity. Push for a salary that reflects your skills 4.5-5 LPA is a realistic goal, but don’t hesitate to aim even higher!
