I have 3.8 years as BA including 2.8 years as Salesforce Business Analyst. I’m competent with Sales cloud, Experience Cloud, revenue cloud, Mulesoft integration, quote to cash process and CPQ. I hold 7 Saleaforce certifications including Salesforce BA and AI associate. My last CTC is ₹8.62 LPA. Currently I have an offer for a Salesforce BA role and I have negotiated a 30%-35% hike. Have I properly quoted my hike. Please help me with your suggestions.

I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. 

I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good.

Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. 

I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further.

Not Satisfied with my current job role. Seeking Advice for a career switch to finance.

I recently signed a contract for 2 years, I'm currently having 2yrs experience in ERP implementation / Consultant and getting around 2.75 LPA. After signing a contract only they started giving training on Microsoft D365 software, where I can work on Business Central / Finance and Operations / Power BI / DevOps or any other softwares. So I can get good knowledge on various softwares, where I can grow myself and get better opportunities in the future.. 

I'm only thinking about is that contract worth ?

I have got an offer of 34 LPA from TCS and Capgemini .
I have 11 years of experience , Azure Developer.

Can you please guide / suggest which company should I join .
I am confused since both are offering the  same CTC .

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.

My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. 
With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.

Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous  org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation.

Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
