Job Offers
I accepted an offer letter at Company A, in 2 weeks I got better offer at Company B.
Can I go to Company A to negotiate? Can they match the new offer if the have budget?
Or Company A won’t match even if they have budget because I accepted their offer already?

Bro you can try negotiating with Company A, but you've already accepted their offer so they might hesitate to match the new one

It's worth a shot to see if Company A can match it. Just be cool and casual when you talk to them, it's business, so don't be afraid to negotiate.

Go with the one which pays more. It's not that you have joined the company. You have just accepted. You can reject also saying some relevant reason. Go with the best salary which cares for the candidate by offering them atleast what the industry standards are. Try to negotiate and if they don't agree then say I cannot accept it and move on the the company which provides more salary but don't share the offer letter or any details of the company which is paying more or else they will destroy your offer with the company that is paying more. It happens a lot so be smart.
