I got a Digiverifier mail asking for Epfo and ITR login details on behalf of infosys. I done that and it shows verification completed. So, what happens now? Does that mean pre bgc is completed? If so, how long will it take for an offer letter?

Hello,
6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision.
My previous job had,
1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture
2. Good Time for my family & personal life
3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home
4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance

Now, in my current Indian company:
1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy)
2. No proper training
3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training
4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents
5. Started my health issues

My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning.
*It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.*
Would you recommend going back?

I’ve been working at a small startup for the past 3 years, with just 3 other employees and my boss. I sit right in front of her, and over time, we became close, almost like siblings. This morning, she sat me down and told me that to cut costs, she needed to let me go and take over my role. She asked if I’d be willing to do a once a year consulting gig to check her work. I didn’t really know how to respond. She said it kindly, so I stayed calm and matched her tone, but now I feel like I’ve made a mistake, and I’m left without a job.
