a data engineer
Hi everyone, I got four offers and I'm struggling to choose one of them. Verizon : 14.12L fixed + 1.4L variable - Banglore (2 days office) Mathco : 14L fixed - Banglore (2 days office) EY: 13L fixed+ 5% variable - (Hometown 2 days office) Orion Innovation: 13.14 fixed and 84k variable - ( Chennai - 5days office) I personally see Orion Innovation's project has higher learning opportunities compared to other. My goal is to have higher career growth as well as better work life. An option for onsite is preferred.

If I were you, I'd seriously consider Verizon or Mathco. They both offer many opportunities to grow my career and maybe even explore other countries. The pay's pretty good too, and I like the idea of bonuses. They seem to be the best options for someone who wants to climb the corporate ladder.

There's no magic formula for picking the perfect job. Everyone's situation is different, and what's best for one person might not be best for another. So, take some time to think about what's important to you and make a decision that fits your goals. Good luck!

I would suggest EY, with 1L and 5% less package than mathco package.
My thoughts are it's your HOME Town, friends, family, HOME FOOD, no RENT and HEALTH.

Should I Take the Risk?
I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?
