Help with career switch
I want to switch career, can anyone give me some advice.
I am equity derivatives trader at a prop desk with 3 years of experience and my salary was 3.6 lakh pa. But due to bad market conditions our employers is not giving full salary to us and I’m 24 years old with BBA degree now i am confused to which career i should persue?
Can i go for compliance or finance but how?

I’m planning to switch jobs after 3.5 years with my current organization. I work as a SOC Analyst with a total experience of 7 years (this is my second company). My current CTC is 9.5 LPA, and I have expertise in security monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response.
What kind of salary hike can I realistically expect in the current market? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I am confused can anyone help! Maybe I am bit too dense :-)
I am an electrical engineering graduate with 3 years and 9 months of experience, including 2 years and 9 months as a functional business analyst in the tech industry. While I lack technical expertise in data analysis and machine learning, I’ve gained surface-level knowledge and recently started learning Python, SQL, and other skills to transition into data, ML, or AI-related roles. With AI advancing, I’m worried about sustaining my non-tech role. Currently earning 7 LPA working in lower mid level product company, I’ll soon be the sole earner in my household.
What salary can I aim for with a shift to the data domain, and what key topics or skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, ML fundamentals) will help me secure a stable, higher-paying role in this field?
Everything is tier 3! from city to college so please share your thoughts accordingly🙂

A kind offer—but money wasn’t the issue.

Expected CTC in current market
Hello all,
I joined Automotive industry as a fresher in 2021. Currently I am a Senior Engineer in the same company with 3.5 Yoe( 8.9 LPA).
I am experienced in C++ linux development, Android Development, Unit testing , integration testing , etc.
The current situation in the company is degrading with no future scope and less projects.
I am looking for a switch with better pay.
