Help me in Life Decision. I'm depressed

Hello All, I'm 30, working as a Consultant in Infosys after my MBA from Tier 1 College. I was recruited as Associate Consultant at age 24 for ₹8,50,000 per annum. In Oracle WMS Cloud domain. A niche in Oracle consulting. Now after nearly 6 years I'm paid ₹12,80,764 with a recent hike in February. I'm still unmarried. I feel I'm heavily underpaid for the contributions I made and the loyalty (which is stupid I understand) I've given for Infosys. Being in niche field I'm not getting adequate job postings in other companies. I want your help to help me chose correct career path. I'm interested in Product Manager/ Management consulting roles but they ask prior experience. I'm even getting depressed to level to put paper & search job. But my parents do emotional blackmail not to leave job till I get married. The 90 day notice period is not letting HRs shortlist me. What should I do? What should be the nominal hike I should ask in HR round? I have an MBA in finance & marketing. Help me
