Gives fake promises. I have seen many people have been asked to leave because of the wrong decision taken my the management. Their HR team come to office just to show their clothes and rome round. Multiple followup is required with them to complete one task. The pathetic policies of this organisation will make you frustrated every day. Their admin team is very rude. This company is really good for learning, specially F&A process.

Its really horrible to work with this company, we get highest 3% increment in transition period after doing 100-200% effert. After 1 year we will not able to take even 1 leave. And there is no OT. There is no work life balance.your life become hell.please dont join if your client location will be borivali west. May be its differ forother process.but if its related to borivali west then really dont join. Too much politics, partiality and favoritism is very evident most heartbreaking thing is that senior leadership is aware and dose nothing to minimize it rather are active participant of it.
