Didn't like anything apart from salary.

I was in TP's Thane office. There is no proper seeting arrangements, no proper refreshment( very low quality of tea and water and food in canteen). Security is like harassment no mobile, smartwatch, pen,paper etc allowed in office. HR do not have any concern about employees benefit they are seated only to impress management. Simple Funda is Process over you are no more required, whether you are outperformed in earlier month. International brand catering different type of industries. Currently due to COVID-19 Teleperformance has closed few business where my process has also been closed. So not much support received from the company in this heavy situation

Job security, spending 12 years with co. Didn't give the option to shift the other process. Management has took call to remove employee on thr performance as the process getting rampdown..Which i M not satisfied with the decision...being honest and loyal with the organization..Need to work on such issues
