There is nothing good I found there. The work environment is toxic. They don't care about employee attrition. They will just call you in the morning or just the night before and order you to come to the office and if you don't come they will threaten you. The professionalism is at its lowest. Everything will escalate into an ego clash. They will misinform you and frame you in ways you would not have thought. The mid level managers are a real pain in the neck, so beware. They will not give you paid leaves even if it is your right and make you feel guilty over performance. This stupid company does not have medical leaves, imagine. A medical leave is technically unplanned, guess what, they will tag LOP and deduct salary. Everybody feels so entitled and you will have to listen to a lot of shit. Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

If you have the qualification and hunger then take it as a part time job only while you Upskill yourself for other job Or exams and simultaneously earn some money to support your family.

The working hours. It's mainly in the night for us and sometime the timing is even worse. You didn't even understand whether you are working in night or sleeping in day.

The worst thing is that the company management is worst and the cab facility is of worst kind, sometimes cab is not scheduled at all and Cab manager will directly refuse to take any action or help you
