Role & responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed targets and KPIs
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.


Preferred qualification:

  • Graduate and under-graduate both can apply.
  • Experience and fresher both can apply.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast - paced and target- driven environment.


About the Process:

  • 6 days working.
  • Rotational shifts.
  • Rotational off.
  • Transportation will be offered.
