Customer Service Executive


Must Haves:

  • Minimum 1 year of Experience only in Customer Support (Voice or Non-Voice) is a Must.
  • Excellent Email Etiquette (Drafting strong Emails).
  • Excellent Written & Spoken English Skills.
  • Graduation is a Must.
  • 6 Days work and 1 Day rotational week off
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts.
  • Should be within the Boundary limits for cab facility.

Job Summary / Overview:

  • We are seeking a dedicated Email Process executive to join our team.
  • As an Email Process executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via email with a keen focus on effective communication.
  • Your primary goal will be to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all incoming emails while maintaining ambitious standards of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation (bachelor's degree) in any field is mandatory.

2.Typing Test min 35 WPM and 90% accuracy

Job Location: Chennai (Ambattur)

6 days of working & Day rotational shifts
