Non Voice process

Mandatory:

(2-4 years experience)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Should be flexible with night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle non-voice customer queries, requests, and processes through written communication.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all documentation and tasks as per company guidelines.

Maintain a high standard of quality in communication and documentation.

Demonstrate excellent typing speed and accuracy while handling processes.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on system/process changes.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Meet productivity and quality targets set by the team lead or supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in a similar non-voice process role.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office and other related tools.

Selection Process:

Typing Test: Evaluate typing speed and accuracy.

Versant Test: Assess communication and language proficiency.

Face-to-Face Interview: Likely the final stage, to evaluate technical and soft skills.

Location:

Gurgaon (Work-from-office only).

Note:

This is an office-based position, and work-from-home (WFH) is not applicable.
