I like the client serco hr because they appreciated my work always but not the teleperformance.. i visited united kingdom at client site for 2 months project coz of my outstanding work client selected me out of 100 employees. Secondaly

Since it was serco before tp it was the best .. intelenet was also better. Tp came n invested lot money in infrastructure unnecessarily in gurgaon location coz already infra was good. Instead of this this tp should have invested money in upskilling their employees. Transportation team. Gurgaon transport people r really bad n make their own policy. Also biased staff in transport. Higher level n mangers are just bothered about their financial benefit. I worked fr 7 years till 2020 n still my pay was 4.5 lakh annum as a team lead. While other executives in my team was getting the same. Reason was i was top performer but never asked for hike in pay n managers nver thought of me bcz they were insecure that how i am able to build a very good customer relations. Also in 2020 april i had to shift noida but tp denied me to give transport for noida saying that this is non hiring zone n i had to quit my job.. i was very loyal n good employee but had bad experience with tp...Read More

Pathetic as i had baby n they were very emotion less for baby specially my direct manager he forced me to take pressure n stress..he made my life tough bcz aftr maternity he wanted me to resign but i did not. I became lead of the team whre he was manager

Pathetic work culture in TP, no support from HR end all are just 12th pass hired HR they don’t even know how to behave with the people with employees they guys behaving like we are owner of the company. I will never suggest to anyone to join TP.

No one helped when i raised mental harassment because of the director and wanted to leave the company on spot. Infact i was asked to pay and then leave but when i am not mentally ok to work how can work their and the director who mentally harassed always kept asking me to put down my papers and he will waive off notice period but this never happend

The work culture is bad and specifically abt ijp rolled out they give to people they know who is working there for many years and no appraisal and salary is very less for all the roles that’s there . Hr over there is a problem creator and it is not employee centric at all. Not good environment to work. A very dirty place to work

Teleperformance is well known company and I was happy to work in the company. My maximum experience was fantastic with TP.

I dislike the management of Teleperformance. Their is no any management for employee care. HR and EC department are not able to take any decisions in favor of employees. All the department are dependent on higher managers, who are doing partiality and favourtism with the employees according to their religion. After giving of 6 years of loyalty and stability to the company, I'm facing issue of racism, disrespect, managers showing down to sikh religion and comments on character. They always want to go on trips with female employees, but after denying them they doing all the things which impacted on professional life. There was not any plan to leave the company but managers giving lots of mental stress everyday by saying alots of inappropriate and unprofessional words. So at the end I'm forced by them to resign. Their is no any right to speak about these issue, because their is no rule against the management. Also they are not paying for overtime what employees did as per business requirements, which is totally against the labor law. Now they are creating problems in full & final settlement. I just want fair decisions on all of the above and want to clear my overtime and final settlement along with experience letter....Read More
