Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations, including shipping and BPO processes to meet SLA targets.
  
• Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
  
• Handle attrition and shrinkage by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  
• Monitor KPIs such as AHT, KRA, and KPI to optimize team performance.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high levels of quality.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in team handling, team leading, TL Comm & Attrition management.
  
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, shipping operations, BPO operations, and SLA management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
