Other than the name TechM there is nothing much great in the company. Onboarding is easy, pays salary on time and in training period if you get good trainer it will be heaven. I worked as telstra agent, we should give support to telstra company which is a australian company, so we should work in their shifts i.e. shifts starts between midnight 2-6am.

Dislikes

In the time of corona peak also they asked to come to the office. They will peovide cab for which they will deduct from salary. Apart from that there no perks. No over times,etc. For techm bpo guys wfh is a dream.

Work Details

I have worked at techM for very short span and i got clarity that i cannot live there. I got job in Chennai location and it is very difficult to live there in corona time. If any one gets corona in office also they will not give WFH.

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

Too much work pressure. No job security. 9 hours job becomes 10 hours. Managers will put pressure to come office early and leave lately. You have to beg to TL for breaks.

Company always pay salary on time. And the environment is also good.

Dislikes

Partiality between both genders (Male and Female) like. The security guard allows to enter in the company with sleepers/loar for girls but if boy wearing slippers/loar in any condition guard newer allows him. So I don't like this thing of he company it feels like the company rules aare different for both.
