I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM

If you can manage the shift for a year, it might be worth the experience and pay bump. But plan an exit strategy.

You could take the new job, save aggressively for a year, and then switch again for better timing and role!
