Role & responsibilities

• Listen to customers to understand their problem or need this may require agents to ask appropriate follow-up questions and provide specific information on products and services.
• Resolving International customer's queries.
• Make sure customer needs are met Agents should follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and answer any additional questions.
• Agents should always make sure customers feel that they are being heard and valued, while effectively communicating updates and solutions.
• Chat support Executive help customers to get the information they need promptly and accurately, thereby increasing customers loyalty and improving customer satisfaction.
• Improved customer satisfaction Customers want quick answers to their questions or problems, and chat support allows them to get them in real time.
• Situational handling skills.

Preferred candidate profile -

International chat support experience is mandatory,

Salary max 4.8 LPA

Location : Pune (Hinjewadi)

Qualification: Undergraduate & graduates both can apply.

Experience : 0.6 months

Upselling experience will give an advantage.
