No work motivations 1) Company provide salary hikes once in two years and that too between 2 - 4 percent 2) It gives dry promotion ( no compensation benefits) 3) No team lunch, corporate parties and team outings 4) No bonus included in salary 5) HR policies are not applicable to all ( Senior manager has huge control like some willbe given permanent WFH and others will forcefully asked to come to office ) If you just want to work than it is a good company but gradually they will not meet your salary with inflation...Read More

This company will except people work for them all day night but when it comes to salary hike, they delays and don’t even pay the arrears. Also, the hike amounts are very less that you won’t even see much change in your salary.

Everything. Management level people are from non engineering/tech background and managing projects related to engineering. No good/challenging projects. Lay you off after being on bench for some time.

Bench period is less and work pressure is high in some projects, Don’t join as a fresher if you have good development and coding skills because they mostly give support projects and the salary is also low 3.25LPA, not only techM every MNC do the same with fresher so it’s better not to join any MNC as a fresher

Only thing you like is about the commission which comes on 15th every month nothing else.

Dislikes

Only pushing the people to achieving the target which are not been able to achieved by everyone if you don't there is no commission in which you will end up in getting error cutting basic salary and giving commision on that.
