There is not much that liked about this company but yes there few things like they provide cab in odd hours and they provide work from home also.

Almost everything I dislike about this company . When they need you they will talk to you nicely and when the work is done they will treat you like trash . Work environment is very bad . There is no support from the higher Officals as well . When I resigned from this company without any reason they put my rehiring status no. Pathetic experience. Top leadership acts like a boss instead of being a leader. They're quick to blame others and do not take accountability for their mistakes . Discourage work like balance and skills development . They hold grudges and aims to fire people instead of fixing their issues and retaining them . Extending the shift is promoted at the cost of personal health .

Micro management. While WFH the productivity is really good but from April they started like we have to stay in office for 5hrs a day and weekly 3 days as mandatory though our entire team is scattered in different locations. Even we are in office still we have to connect through teams only. Which is a waste of time to travel to office.

Appraisals are very disappointing, and appraisals do not even happen (eg:- 2022 & 2024 no appraisals at all) and when asked to HR, even HR does not have any clue and questions are ignored.
