Horrible Bengali dominated place and the person who conducts interview cannot even speak proper English great basic L1 call center asking questions about NAS Cloude etc great joke Site lead can contest in politics

This company is full of politics and people who run the process of accounts are good enough to be politicians and not managers or process stakeholders. They look the clients and at the end if the day there is no fair pay for people working in the process . Especially the site in Bangalore is full of Hypocrites. There us no work lifebalance as they will put you to work for long hours in the name of productivity . They will never approve suck leaves even if you are about to get admitted to hospital in ambulance . There us a lot of discrimination based in the regional language you speak. They managers are racists as they cannot tolerate a person who speaks a different language from them . Totally, this is not a good company to work for . Especially in Bangalore site . Please don't join this company as it would ruin your personal life as well as your career . There is no transparency in the company in information sharing . The HR people are of no help . They will only show support to managers . The Pascal is not as per the industry standards . They will not give leaves even if you have good amount if leave balance . They refuse to grant leaves even in cases of family or health emergencies . Very bad place as it would ruin your mental health . They never fix your CTC in a fair manner . It is based only in decision of the process manager . The cafeteria is very much non operational and you end up shelling out huge money for zomato or swiggy every time ....Read More
