Never ever opt to work at startek, they do not have proper work culture they will terminate you without proper reasons and they'll keep you occupied even after you 8 working hours and HR will only give you excuses for everything also there Salary is one of the lowest in the industry and there is no scope for promotions as well.

In The startek company Ghansoli location Company have poor management and very rude behavior of hr and Manger they are forcefully abscond the people . There some toxic people like Amir Wani(Training Manager) also Hr head mayur patil very rude and behave like company boss Hr- Ruchita - Fruad Hr then Er also fruad They don't give me 8000 ruppes amount of nov and Dec 2024 so because of company payout issued so please don't join this company very bad experience in Dec 2024...Read More

The things which I've don't like over here that while getting promoted through an IJP they only made hike of 10% from previous salary which I thought not sufficient they should make a slab for each designation promotion like if an agent got promoted as an Senior executive so it should get a hike b/w 15-20% and if they promoted as anTL so it was should be 25-30% of salary hike but over it is not happening...Read More

Admin - Poor management of office Overall Environment - They will not care about anything rather than work, they have terminated so many employees without proper reasons, they have never arranged any outing for team with company budget, ER team is pathetic, Employee development or training- nothing, they never took any training sessions for support staff to upskill them. Yes, so much politics and no respect for hard working agent as of only the Tl and higher authority people are running without agent, slave is the word that can be used where you will be told 2 and half will be your on induction but can't accommodate once you joint the floor. They don't have Cafeteria, Washrooms are always dirty. No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays. People calls Startek as MNC but it is not, neither the work environment nor the people of Startek. Managers don't know how to speak and they call themselves "Manager".
