This is my first firm, - I learned communication skill through my tenure. Communication team is excellent. - Benefits and other perks are there in sales team. I worked in support, but there were Bell bonus given that time. - You don't have to work an minute more unless you are doing OT. - Decent salary during joining

- Very minimal increment to none - Growth financially and career wise is stagnant - Rotational and night shifts - Learn, earn and move on. Else you'll be getting low paid.

Yes, There is no increment, Increment happens after 18 months or 2 years. Working daily 10 to 12 hours. No recognition. Health is going down because of daily working late. Even working on Saturday. On System it is showing Holiday but Manager is saying you have to work on Saturday, It is compulsary. Don't want to be part of current hope. I hope something is wrong in current team. The. Salary increment is the major issue because the old employee is not satisfied with the salary they are offering same salary as old employee getting after years of experience.

My prior company was bought out by Foundever and began systematic lay offs as soon as peak season ended. They were very secretive and started by just cutting our hours, and changing our roles to "where we were more needed". I worked throughout my pregnancy, they did not give me my due appraisal and moreover did not give me instant release even when I resigned for child care. Moreover asked for 3 months salary.
