Round 3 - Aptitude Test 

They conducted aptitude test on cell phone itself, that too by sending links on WhatsApp, even typing test was done on cell phone.

Round 4 - Assignment 

They asked to join teams meeting via phone then n there and asked to type few words(like and essay) about "why we want to work in BPO? " And send that in the chat with in 10 minutes.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview was good and the HR's(interviewers) were also supportive. But we don't get any feedback after we reach home, they asked every detail like PAN,aadhar card number, account number and many more. Tried to contact them but no response. Go through Google reviews and ambitionbox reviews before going to the interview for sitel/Sykes/foundever. I wouldn't suggest anyone to waste their precious time and efforts by attending interview over there.
