They conducted aptitude test on cell phone itself, that too by sending links on WhatsApp, even typing test was done on cell phone.
They asked to join teams meeting via phone then n there and asked to type few words(like and essay) about "why we want to work in BPO? " And send that in the chat with in 10 minutes.
I would listen to the customer, empathize with their situation, remain calm, and offer a solution to address their concerns.
