They were friendly and had lot of opportunities early in the job as there were lot of incentives but as years went by they changed their incentive structure to pay less and worked for hours end
Dislikes
Sudden change in incentive structure and no appraisal whatsoever....even when I had applied to leave the company serving my notice period I was treated horribly by the HR team as they didn't send me resignation acceptance letter within 2days as promised...it took them 10days and after a lot of persuasion.

Literally everything, this is one of the worst companies ever, they don't keep the promises that they make or do even remotely close to what they are supposed to do, all the sick leaves, casual leaves doesn't matter, if you tell them I met with an accident they would ask you to send a picture of you covered in blood, it's that bad. Leaves will not be approved even if it's planned before like they say. No appraisal, they don't care about their employees, and no matter how hard you work there's no recognition or incentives. Worst cafeteria, no safety for women, they will show you death if you look to leave the company by delaying literally every procedure. Worst environment to work in. Foundever Hyderabad runs on favouritism. Ruthless TL's and Ops managers and the HR's are of no use. You don't get your paid leaves, no matter how sick you are you'll be asked to swap your week offs. You can't complaint about anything or anyone as the HR prefers their connection with the managers and team leads over their job role.
