It’s the worst company ever for the fresh. Please don’t ever join this company. It will ruin your life completely and manager team lead and even HR or not useful they’re very rude to us. Nobody gives a shit about us. They all want us to work overtime and for some Years they did not even give allowance for working overtime. They justused like a tissue paper and throat they don’t even care about our mental health and no benefits no increment no promotion. It’s all worst. It’s like in hell in the Earth if you’re fresh, please don’t ever consider this company. This will definitely ruin your life as well as your career. Please stay away from this company me and my colleagues and friends are Stuck here and we are suffering a lot to come out of from this company which they are delaying and giving some nonsense reason to give release also please stay away from this company....Read More

Sick leave policy - you cant take sick leave for a day, you need to take for 3 days and need to submit certificate. No appraisal for 2 years. No projects, most of time you will be on bench. Added compulsion to seat for 6 hours in office for 2 days. Manager will not allow to take leave.

For freshers it's a very good company with good reputation in market and is a good choice if you want this company to be your first job as it make good impact.Work life balance is also good so far.

It's just growth is not considered appraisals are not there when it seems like you are not having it you have to leave .

After merger company culture is completely failed. We thought the L&T is taking care their employees bit it's not like that. And Management is completely telling their employees to leave if you don't like the work culture. This is the current situation.

Company was good before merging with mindtree. Post merger most of the policies are changed and workplace is not that great. So nothing positive to say here

Sick leave - one has to fall sick for 3 days only then you can utilise your sick leave, else you need to apply from your personal leave. Promotion/appraisal - never think about it.😀 Projects are not assigned based on the profiles.. just for the sake of Billing they will assign you with project which doesn't align with your career profile

Both my managers and team leads were good. Company was very reasonable about hybrid and wouldn't monitor the in and out times.

Dislikes

It's easy to get slipped in between the cracks in LTI. If you get onto bench it can be difficult for people with low experience to get projects. The appraisal system was pretty poor when I was there, but it seemed to be mirrored across most Indian it companies at the time

The Work persona is good. The facilities and opportunity to learn and upskill are encouraged abundantly.

Dislikes

The recruiters lack coordination and fail to communicate essential information effectively. They often come across arrogant and unresponsive. The 1st month at the company can be frustrating, with no guidance or support.

Appraisals are delayed. Some managers create unnecessary chois for instance recently it is made madatory to book seat before comming to office but the app not allowing enough employees to book the seat but most of the seats are empty inside. After merging with LTI things are getting tight here. Now strict 2 months bench policy is following pratically within this 2 months we won't get enough time to look for opportunities as in oder to complete one client evaluation it will take a month....Read More
