Which Company Should I join?
I have received offer from 3 companies namely---> Hexaware, TCS and LTI and each respectively for 4lpa, 3.4lpa and 4lpa. But I am confused which one should I take people say I should prefer TCS but the pay is not high and I've also heard that there is benching period with no proper hike and once someone leaves TCS they can never join back. Coming back to Hexaware I have not received proper offer letter but just a letter of intent, and LTI has a good pay comparatively but I know nothing about the compnay and their work culture.

Have you looked into Hexaware’s reviews or any employee feedback?

[a data analyst](username) yeah coming about that.. I have checked the reviews and it is quite equal to TCS in the manner for any fresher joining there and there is also someone that I know working there says that the company as in is quite good and even so is their training program but the biggest issue is the hike and even the calling period —> they seem to take very long and the insider says they just started for the batch of 2022

If work life balance and long term career growth are your priority toh TCS might still be a solid choice

[a data analyst](username) TCS sure is the best option of them all currently.. but I don’t like the fact that the hike is too low and plus if I leave I won’t ever be able to join back in the future.

I would choose TCS because of its global reputation, stability, and ample opportunities for career growth. TCS offers excellent training programs and exposure to diverse projects, making it a great platform for long-term professional development. While the initial pay is lower compared to other offers, the brand value and experience gained here can significantly enhance future career prospects. Additionally, TCS ensures job security, which is crucial in the IT industry, and provides a strong foundation for building expertise in various domains. Despite concerns about benching and hikes, the overall benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
